Building upon the urban analysis and architectural strategies developed in the previous phases, the final proposal evolved into a Culinary Hub that transforms the identified urban opportunities into an engaging public destination. The project reinterprets the Community Learning Centre through the lens of food, positioning culinary experiences as a catalyst for social interaction, cultural exchange, and lifelong learning. By integrating educational kitchens, collaborative learning spaces, food markets, exhibition areas, and public gathering spaces, the design encourages active participation rather than passive consumption. Rooted in the findings from Jalan Berami, Bukit Bintang, the Culinary Hub strengthens the relationship between architecture and the public realm, creating a vibrant civic space that celebrates local identity while fostering community engagement, urban connectivity, and a more inclusive public environment.
